Together with großgestalten design, I participated in a pitch for a corporate design for a complex of office buildings in Cologne. The complex is situated on the river Rhine and consists of three buildings that combine neoclassical and modern architecture.
We developed a name and logo system that creates an overall brand for the whole the complex, as well as “sub-brands” for the single buildings. The complex brand “RheinTriade” includes the three building brands “RheinResidenz”, “RheinPalais” and “RheinKubus”. The logo I contributed to the proposition is derived from the layout of the three buildings, combined with a stylized representation of the river as a joining element.
The client liked the overall strategy but chose a different visual design and some slight modifications on the name. The final design is presented on the grossgestalten website (Presentation of the project in German).
