The “Enterprise Web Space Survey” is one service package that Kahn+Associates offers to their clients. It addresses the needs of large companies with Enterprise Web Space consisting of many web sites and applications.
The objective of the survey is to examine the current state of the Web Space and to identify areas where new resources should be applied and improvements (concerning navigation, connections between available information, consistency, etc.) should be made.
I developed a diagram to summarize and explain the different steps of the survey in a clear and comprehensive visual language.
